Please download and fill out the required documents which can be found below. All documents must be completed and submitted using the form on this page.

2. A copy of the passport
3. Most recent bank statement (minimum amount $6,500.00)*Applies to F1 Students only
   
4. A completed Statement of Financial Support Form (if you have a sponsor) (download here)

*Transfer students must also include the following documents:

• A completed transfer form signed by the current school (download here)
  
• A copy of your Visa
• A copy of your I-94 form (download here)

Upload scanned forms in PDF format. Pictures will not be accepted. To complete and sign forms you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. You can download it here: (Download link)

• After you have uploaded all the forms, documents, and have paid the enrollment fee, ​we will review your application, and once it is accepted, we will issue you an I-20 and an Acceptance Letter and submit them to your attention.
